We all love dogs and anything Doge related.  I met Natalie when Rheanna and I needed help with our husky, Luca.  Her skill is training dogs & their owners while her passion is with rescuing and rehabilitating special needs dogs.  She runs Hot Mess Pooches Rescue and Sanctuary in Houston, TX.  As you can see from the following photos, her specialty breed is Dalmatian and Great Danes & most of her sanctuary dogs are blind, deaf, have mental disorders, and senior.  Hot Mess Pooches is always looking for donations and supplies to help the dogs she rescues live their absolute best lives, whether they are adopted out or need to remain on the sanctuary for life.  Please consider donating, it's tax deductible!

          To start, meet the current adoptable dogs she has with more information on them below!  

Pokey (On adoption trial! - Wish him luck!)

     Single mature male seeking long term commitment! Pokey is a 6yr old Great Dane who was pulled from an overcrowded shelter just north of Houston. He does great with people, dogs and cats. He enjoys hanging out at breweries and cuddling on the couch watching Netflix. He's located in Houston, but can be transported for the perfect home! 

Mae 

     Meet Mae! This petite deaf pup is as sweet as they come. She loves playing with other dogs, but will check in with her person often. She would do best in an active home with doggy friends to play with. She is great with older children and doesn't mind cats. She's currently available in Houston, but transport can be arranged for the perfect home! Email [email protected] for an application! 
 

Leo

      Can y'all believe this handsome devil still has not found a home of his own?! Leo is a sweet, smart gentleman. He loves giving paw and rolling over for belly rubs. He would do best in a home with an active submissive female dog and no cats. Email [email protected] for an application! Jakob (Adoption Pending!!)

     Meet Jakob! This handsome guy would really benefit from an ACTIVE home. He would make a great running buddy! He's about 2yrs old, does well with most dogs but no cats, please! He's currently located in Houston but transport can be arranged for the perfect home! 

Gonzo! (aka Dr. Gonzo, aka Dr. G!)

     Gonzo is still looking for a home of his own! He's 6yrs old, great with dogs, cats and older children. Gonzo came to us a couple months ago after his owner passed away. Seven (Not up for adoption)

     That's right.  He's liver spotted, got loads attitude and more sass than your momma, but he is not up for adoption.  This guy has been through so many medical issues for a 6 month old dalmatian puppy that is but a reflection of how much he wants to live!  Initially, he was diagnosed with sepsis, a respiratory infection, & a PDA (a heart murmur you could feel!) that he had to have surgery on at 4 months old.  Seven is a fighter and the photos from the shoot definitely show how happy he is to be here.
